Certain “liquids” have a weird consistency that makes shading them difficult. Notice how in the upper part of the bottle is not consistently shaded, it’s because weird/random amounts of light were getting through. Symmetry and dual drawings (I don’t know if there’s a real name for that) are not the same and should not be treated as such.
