It was hard for me to get a real life light angle to take a picture of this final piece so apologies if the left side is a little darker than the right.
1. The light source coming from right in front completely changes the entire composition to where the objects are mostly shadowed (is that a word?)
2. Reflections on the ground/sand are not easy I had a really difficult time with that and I’m not sure I succeeded.
3. I learned that the sky shading is dependent on the sun’s location
4. I’ve never really done clouds before and I realized just how affected by the sunlight they were. The clouds on the the right (tips of them) are much darker than the others but at the same level in the sky.
5. I learned that drawing sunlight directly from the sun requires an absence of any shading or lines as opposed to just a higher value shading.
